Delivery

In most instances orders received before 3.00 p.m. will be despatched the same day. This is subject to stock availability and clearance of payment. No orders are despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We aim to despatch non-stock items within 14 days of receipt of your order (excluding advanced or pre-ordered items). If in doubt, please check. If there is to be any additional delay we will, of course, notify you of this.

UK Customers

• 2-3 Day service starts from £3.95. Goods are normally sent by Royal Mail.
• Special Delivery service starts from £7.95. Goods, wherever possible will be despatched to arrive next day, and are sent by Royal Mail or other courier.
• The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and is shown when you checkout, before payment.

European Customers

• We use Royal Mail International 'signed-for' service for most deliveries. Prices start from £7.95. Delivery normally takes 3-5 days.
• The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and is shown when you checkout, before payment.

Rest of the World

• We use Royal Mail International 'signed-for' service for most deliveries. Prices start from £9.95. Delivery normally takes 5-7 days, but can take longer in some cases.
• The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to weight and is shown when you checkout, before payment.

We can, if required, send your order by other methods e.g. UPS or FedEx. Please contact us for a quotation.

Deliveries of Pre-order Models

Seasoned collectors amongst you will be aware that when ordering pre-order diecast models, quoted delivery dates often come and go, with no sign of the model! This, however is not always the case. Obviously some manufacturers are better than others, and do achieve the delivery dates they have quoted. Conversely we have known other models take two years or more to arrive. When the manufacturers announce they are making a new model they will also provide an 'intended' delivery date. We quote this on our order confirmations in good faith, but obviously we have no control over when the model actually turns up. We do try to keep delivery information as up to date is we can on the website, but feel free to phone or email us at any time. We do not charge for models until they are sent to you.
