Returns & Exchanges

At OnPole.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We trust you will be pleased with your purchase and that it has arrived in good time and condition. Occasionally though, we know that problems do occur and we will strive to deal with these as efficiently as possible.

  • Returns Policy
    Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days of receipt) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or make a deduction from the original selling price from the refund amount. We regret we cannot give refunds on special order items, unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Returns Procedure
    Please contact us for a RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER before returning any items. You can email us at mail@onpole.com or telephone us on +44 (0) 870 241 2829 during UK office hours Monday to Friday. We cannot accept any responsibility for items returned without a reference number. When returning any items please complete the form below, and give full details where appropriate. Please  use the self-adhesive address label provided on the other side. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, and If goods are valuable you may wish to ensure they are adequately insured whilst en-route to us, as goods are returned at your own risk.  We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once we have received it.  Please Note: A refund of the basic cost of postage will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, but not when a product is simply unwanted
